Welcome to this FOLKESTONE FILM FESTIVAL screening, celebrating independent filmmakers with original ideas, championing good production values, and encouraging experimentation.
Folkestone Film Festival established itself as an essential platform for emerging artists, gaining international recognition and notable industry partnerships during its first year. The Festival has been recognized with a 2024 Global Recognition Award for its significant contribution to independent cinema and commitment to inclusive filmmaking.
Taking place across two days, the 2025 Festival kicks off at 2:30pm on Sunday 23rd and Monday 24th March, with two collections of short independent films. Tickets are £5 per person for both days. You can attend for either day, or both, followed by drinks, networking, and more films plus awards around the corner at the Old Cigar and Olive from 4:30pm each day.
